Senior FP&A Analyst
Location: North York, ON (Hybrid – 1 day onsite, moving to 3 days/week)
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 CAD + Bonus (10–20%)

Role Summary
We are seeking two highly skilled Senior FP&A Analysts to join a dynamic finance team and support strategic decision-making across the business. This role offers high visibility to executive leadership and the board, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
You will be responsible for preparing board-level presentations, conducting financial and operational analysis, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that improve forecasting, working capital, and inventory management. This is a hands-on role with a direct impact on business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver financial analysis and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Prepare board decks with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Support and track PMO initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Conduct ad-hoc scenario modeling to evaluate strategic options and cost impacts.
- Drive working capital improvements through inventory and cash flow analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales & Operations Planning to align forecasts with purchasing and production.
- Identify operational gaps and provide actionable financial reporting.
- Leverage ERP and Excel tools to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and operational finance.
- Experience supporting or managing PMO initiatives.
- Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning and its financial implications.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficiency with large ERP systems (Infor M3 or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, Macros).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
