Role Overview
As the Agile Release Train Lead, you will serve as the chief facilitator and servant leader for one or more Agile Release Trains. You will coordinate multiple Agile teams, align business and technology objectives, and ensure smooth program execution across global functions. You will play a critical role in enabling innovation at scale and helping the organization deliver high-impact solutions that make everyday journeys easier.


Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate Program Increment Planning and other ART-level events to align teams around shared priorities and deliverables
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Business Owners on Lean Agile principles to foster continuous improvement and collaboration
• Manage program flow, identify and remove systemic impediments, and maintain visibility into dependencies and risks
• Partner with technology, product, and operations leaders to ensure value delivery aligns with business objectives
• Track and communicate program metrics related to predictability, velocity, and quality to support data-driven decision-making
• Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and innovation within and across Agile teams
• Support the growth of Agile communities of practice and contribute to organizational Agile maturity


Qualifications
• At least seven years of experience in Agile delivery, with a minimum of three years in a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or similar leadership role
• Proven experience facilitating SAFe or large-scale Agile environments; SAFe certification preferred
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and experience coaching multiple teams
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage dependencies across distributed teams
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to guide continuous improvement
