Role Summary

In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end design efforts—from ideation and prototyping to experimentation and facilitation—while contributing to a cohesive design language across platforms. Your work will help define how customers interact with retail technology in meaningful and innovative ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align teams and spark innovation.
- Conduct and interpret user research and experimentation to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring designs solve real problems.
- Maintain consistency in visual and interaction design across products and channels.
- Present design rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing interaction and prototyping work.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of responsive design and development handoff best practices.
- Experience facilitating design sessions and running experiments to validate ideas.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
- Exposure to AI or machine learning projects, with a focus on shaping user experiences.
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and visual.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to evolving team structures.
