Role Summary
As the Enterprise Salesforce Architect, you will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define architectural frameworks, integration strategies, and governance processes. This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with deep Salesforce expertise and a passion for innovation across cloud, data, and middleware platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.
- Establish and maintain a robust Salesforce architecture framework.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across the Salesforce platform.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend strategic improvements.
- Architect hybrid and multi-cloud environments integrating Salesforce with AWS, GCP, and on-prem systems.
- Define and document data integration patterns across the ecosystem (SaaS, PaaS, cloud, on-prem).
- Create and maintain architectural artifacts using tools like Lucidchart.
- Document decision-making processes and rationale behind architecture choices.
- Develop scalable architecture aligned with industry and enterprise standards.
- Translate technology direction into business value and advise stakeholders.
- Influence senior leadership and drive adoption of technical solutions.
- Research emerging technologies and evaluate their strategic fit.
- Analyze systems end-to-end and partner with IT and business teams.
- Provide guidance to ensure solutions are operable, maintainable, and scalable.
- Advise on strategic partnerships, vendor selection, and acquisitions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in architecture and enterprise technology.
- Salesforce Architect certification (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect).
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Data Cloud.
- Proven experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST APIs, Events).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
