Sr. IT Business Analyst
Sr. Business Analyst Position
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team in implementing best practices for business analysis. Produce extensive documentation and create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to support software implementation. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating technical concepts to business-friendly language and vice versa.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Visio, Office 365, and Teams. Strong technical acumen and expertise. Experience in communication with business and technical teams, focused on documentation and requirements gathering. In-depth experience in creating BRDs. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with NLS software is advantageous but not required. Prior experience as a business analyst in software project go-lives.
Position Type:
This is a 12-month contract position
Work Environment:
Hybrid work setting requiring onsite presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Toccoa, GA.
