Senior Manager / Director of Finance

About the role: This role will be the right hand finance person to the CFO
Responsibilities will include:

  • Building dashboards and reporting
  • Forecasting, budgeting, planning
  • Partnering with the field operations on strategic planning
  • Creating board decks
  • Supporting M&A activities
Requirements 
 
 
  • 6-10 years of progressive FP&A experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of recent experience working in a small to midsized PE owned organization in a hands on role.
  • Strong financial modeling and ability to build dashboards, reporting, models from scratch (including DCF, QoE, M&A modeling)
  • Strong communication and ability to partner with the business
  • Comfortable being an individual contributor for now
  • Ability to review and strategize on the financial impacts of expanding into new geographies, market planning, KPI metrics, benchmarking and market analysis
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to executive leadership
  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or related field from a well known brick and mortar university
