Senior Manager, Digital Product Management – Retail Media

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Product Management to lead the development and execution of a Retail Media Network strategy across the client’s digital platforms, including their flagship mobile applications. This role will define the infrastructure, ad tech stack, and monetization strategy for on-site advertising, working closely with engineering, marketing, and third-party vendors.
You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of scalable ad solutions, while mentoring a small team of product managers. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, user engagement, and the evolution of the client’s digital advertising capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for the Retail Media Network across digital platforms.
- Lead product roadmapping, goal setting, and rollout of ad technologies and infrastructure.
- Oversee integrations with ad servers, CMS platforms, and Ad Ops tools to enable scalable, secure ad delivery.
- Manage ad inventory and ensure optimal configuration for dynamic placement and monetization.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure platform scalability and performance as ad traffic grows.
- Develop and refine in-app ad formats (e.g., native ads, sponsored products, interactive ads).
- Optimize monetization models (CPC, CPM, CPA) in alignment with user engagement and inventory.
- Leverage user behavior and contextual data for targeted ad delivery and campaign effectiveness.
- Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.
Key Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on advertising or marketing technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and scaling Retail Media Networks.
- 2+ years of experience managing product teams (minimum of 2 direct reports).
- Deep understanding of ad tech infrastructure, including ad servers, CMS, and content delivery systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience defining KPIs and tracking product performance.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Must be visa-independent and local to the Irving, TX area.
