Our client seeks a skilled Microsoft Administrator specializing in security and Intune. This company is committed to leveraging Microsoft technologies to enhance productivity, collaboration, and data protection, fostering a workplace that values innovation, security, and efficiency.
In this role, you will manage and maintain Microsoft technologies with a primary focus on security administration and Microsoft Intune for mobile device management. You will work closely with IT teams to configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. Your contributions will safeguard digital assets and improve system reliability while supporting end-users with technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage security measures for Microsoft services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Monitor security events, conduct assessments, and respond to incidents to uphold compliance and security standards.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
- Manage Active Directory and Azure AD, ensuring seamless identity integration and access controls.
- Deploy and monitor software patches and updates to maintain system integrity and availability.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting system connectivity and performance issues.
- Develop and enforce security policies, documentation, and recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with IT teams and offer training to optimize Microsoft tools and security best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Intune.
- Strong expertise in security administration, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with mobile device and application management using Microsoft Intune.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft technologies, ensuring system efficiency.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate or Microsoft Intune Certification) are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to support technical teams and end-users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic IT environment.
